We gladly process returns & exchanges quickly.  Shoes should be returned in the original box. The shoes MUST HAVE NO CREASES in the leather uppers & the soles should be clean.  Exchanges are usually processed within 24 hours of our receiving the returned items.  Refunds are processed within 5 days and you will receive a copy of the credit slip in the mail or by e-mail.  We do not refund shipping costs.

Within the USA: Simply fill out the EXCHANGE FORM on the back of your sales receipt. Please pay to ship your shoes back to us using any carrier you wish.  We will pay the postage to send the new pair to you.  If you order a new pair before returning the first pair it is treated like a new order and shipping will be charged.

Outside the USA:  Our foreign customers pay all shipping costs. We note on the customs form that this is an exchange pair showing that customs have already been paid.
